During sales or promotional periods, items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return costs

Return costs are your responsibility.

For exchanges you have the possibility to make an appointment at the showroom by sending an email

Returns within 14 days

If for any particular reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving it to return your order for an exchange or refund.

Please note: Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged due to the additional customization work.

Please send an email and we will explain the procedure to you and give you the return address.

Returns and exchanges

Items must be returned in their original condition without being used, perfumed or damaged.

La Sélection Paris reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet these return conditions and to return them to the customer if necessary.
